OraFresh Enterprises Inc. (OFE) announces that Alliance H. Inc.(AHI), a Toronto based manufacturer of Dental Equipment, Cabinets and Infection Control products, has become a major shareholder of the Company. Concurrently, Michel A. Hart, Chairman of AHI, will become Chairman and CEO of OFE.
Anne Bosy, head of Scientific Affairs with OFE and the developer of the Company’s treatment products and programs for oral infections and halitosis commented that the addition of AHI as a key stakeholder strengthens OFE in the areas of marketing, logistics and manufacturing while improving access to the North American dental markets.
Mike Hart of AHI welcomes the opportunity to be involved with OFE which offers the dental profession unique products to treat oral infections while contributing to overall health.
